Paparizzi Kids

My kids love to take pictures. Sometime I find pictures they took on my camera without me knowing. These are some that Blake took.

Blake also took these ones which he did a pretty good job.

Blake even dressed Sadie up in this one.

These ones were taken by Logan. His pictures usually consist of the ceiling or the wall.

Logan was able to get a picture of Sadie smiling, something I have trouble getting.

Sadie 3 months

Sadie turned 3 months old today!

She can now roll onto her side.

She loves playing with her toys.

She is still our sweet little girl. Sadie now weighs 13 pounds, and is out growing many of her outfits. It makes me so sad that I have had to pack away a bin full of her clothes.

California Adventure

We took Sadie to California Adventure for the first time. Rich has been away the past several days at a work conference, so on his way home we all met up at Disneyland. We were there just for a few hours, but had a good time hanging out as a family. Unfortunately I forgot to charge my camera battery and only got this one picture of Sadie's first trip.

No more cast

After 7 weeks of having a cast on Blake finally got it off. He was sad at first and told us he wanted to keep his cast on forever. We then told him all the fun things he could do again and then he was happy he was getting it off.

Right after he got his cast off our family went swimming. Blake was back swimming better than ever. His arm now has a dip in it and you can feel the bone at the bottom of his arm. Apparently that is very common and his arm will straighten out in about four months.

Baseball Season

Our baseball season ended up being very short.
Blake had a few practices and then he broke his arm. We ended up letting him play his last two games with his short cast on figuring his arm was almost healed.

Blake was so excited to play baseball. He thought it was even cooler that he got to play with his cast on. Since Blake couldn't use a glove Rich told Blake to stop the ball with his body.

Our cute little Blake #42

The highlight of baseball was sliding into the bases.

Taking his practice swings.

It was a good game. They don't keep score or outs, and all players on the team are out on the field playing a position. Everyone on the team gets to bat and then the other team has all their players bat. So its nice that all players get to play and nobody has to sit out.

Blake and Logan love playing with their friend Jax.

Go Orioles!

After the last game the team had a pizza party and got their medals. Blake was so excited to get his medal from Coach Roque.

Doggie Logan

Logan loves dogs and sometimes pretends to be a dog. He crawls around, wags is booty, and barks. When we doggie sit Amy he even likes to eat her food. It grosses us out. One day Blake ran up stairs to me in a panic "Hurry mom we have to take Logan to the Hospital!" I run down stair to see him eating dog food. I assured Blake he was fine, but Blake didn't want to be near him. Against our attempts to stop Logan from eating dog food I will catch him watching tv with the dog bowl in his lap eating the food.

Rich put Logan's food on the floor (human food), and he ate it. When he is playing dog we call him our Doggie Logan.

Sadie 2 months

Our little girl turn two months old today. It has gone so fast.

She is such a good little girl, who doesn't really cry. She smiles a lot now and babbles to you. She is a great sleeper at night, she sleeps about eight hours before she wakes up, eats and goes back to sleep.

Today she had her two month check up. Sadie now weighs 11 pounds and is 23 inches long. Sadly she had 4 shots and had to drink one vaccination. Logan came with me to the doctors and when they gave Sadie her shots he gasped his eyes got wide and mouth dropped open. He did not like them giving her shots. Poor Sadie had swollen sore legs and was in a lot of pain from her shots.
