Sadie's field trip

 Today Sadie's mommy and me class went on a field trip to Live Oak Pumpkin Patch.  We started the trip off with a tracker ride around the pumpkin patch.  We then learned about different types of pumpkins and how pumpkins grow, with was way over the heads of the little 3 year olds.

 They had a petting zoo and other animals to look at.

 Sadie loved feeding the goats, I was surprised she wasn't scared by them.

 We each got to take home a pumpkin. 

Sadie's favorite part eating lunch!  It is funny because at home she doesn't really like to eat lunch, but at school it is her favorite part of the day.  It must be having the food in a lunch pail. 

Homework

 It is a first for me, but I have a child who likes to do homework!  Sadie receives two pages of homework from her mommy and me class that is put in her folder (an extra baseball folder we had around the house).  She loves her folder and always grabs it and tells me she has to do homework, even when it is already finished.

She gets so proud of herself when she is doing her homework.  We usually cheer and clap after each letter.

Train Tracks

 Logan loves playing with his trains, but we don't get them out very often because of the mess.  This weekend I set up all his train tracks down stairs so he could have a large track set up.

 Logan was so happy to be able to play with his trains.  Sadie also loves playing trains with Logan.

 Today the boys got back their individual school pictures.  Logan 1st grade.

 Sadie and I do a mommy and me class on Fridays, her teacher took this picture on the first day of class.

Blake now is in 3rd grade!

Pancakes

This morning I made pancakes and I had two great helpers, Logan and Sadie.  They had fun making huge pancakes in fun shapes. 

Wedding

 Today my cousin Audrey got married.  Blake had is first baseball game of the season.  We dropped him off at his game on our way to the temple.

We had a great weekend spending time with family.  It is always fun at weddings to be able to see all our family members who do not live close by.  The wedding and the reception were beautiful. Congrats to my cousin Audrey and her husband Kevin!

Sadie in the car

 It is always fun looking at the pictures on my camera and see about 50 random pictures that the kids took.  Logan got a hold of my camera and took pictures in the car one night.  Most of them were of his shorts, some of me driving and some of Sadie.
