We went back up to
Carpinteria for the week. This time we camped for most of our trip. We had another fun week relaxing and spending time with family and friends. Rich taught Blake how to boogie board, he was so proud of himself.

What would be camping without s-mores

Sometimes it is a very small world. The people camping next to us happened to be Mormon. They invited us over to
their campsite for
FHE dessert. Blake had so much fun playing with
their little boy Eddie.
Unfortunately they only stayed for one night.

As you can tell I wasn't too happy about getting my picture taken in a bathing suit, but I had fun digging holes in the sand with the boys. It brought back memories to elementary when I dug holes in the sand with my friends at recess.

The ever presents of wildlife was a man part of our trip from the
dolphins and sea lions in the water, to the
seagulls we feed, to the
squirrels that went in our tent for food, and of course the enormous raccoons that woke us up
every night going through the campsites.

Looks like a lot of fun. When I first read your title I was a little dyslexic and got the a and r switched. Glad I took the time to re-read it. Family vacations are the best!
looks like you guys had a ton of fun, and I like your swimsuit. It looks like a Modbe . . . I ordered mine from Modbe this summer too!
I'm so glad that you guys had a great time! Tell Blake that he looks cool on the boogie board. Your suit looks cute!
Hey Rauch Family,
So fun to check out your blog and see your cute family.
If you ever want to make a trip to DC, come stay with us. We'd love to have some company.
