The Boys and I flew to North Carolina early Wednesday morning. We are here to visit my grandparents and to attend my niece Kayla's baptism. It was a long flight for us. The boys did pretty good, but it was just a long day for all of us. We had to get up at 4:00am to make our 6:20am flight and didn't get into Charlotte until 5:00pm their time, 2:00pm our time.
The boys loved to look out the plane window. I packed them each a backpack with toys and surprises to try and help make the flight easier.
My Grandparent live in Charlotte and so we stayed with them for a few days. Rich flew in the following day. When he got here we went with my Grandma to Lazy 5 Ranch. It is a place where you can feed animals. You can drive through the ranch and feed the animals through your car, or take a wagon ride. We decided to go on the wagon ride. It was a lot of fun, the animals come right up to you to eat. Most of the animals you feed eat right out of your hands, others you have to feed from the bucket because they bite. They have tons of animals to feed like buffalo's,deer, pigs and other animals. It was lots of fun and we were glad we got to go.
Saturday my parents also flew in and we drove about two hours away to my sisters house in Fayetteville, for Kayla's baptism. We went to Fort Bragg's museum and looked at the planes.
Blake has been having soooo much fun with his cousins. It is going to be hard to say goodbye.
Kayla and her dad Chris before her baptism. We are so glad that we were able to come and see her baptized.
The kids making cookies with grandma and great grandma. Rich and my parents had to fly home today, but the boys and I are staying another week and a half. I'm already dreading the long flight home with the boys.

Looks like a great trip. Wish we had the ranch type thing here. My kids love animals.
Glad you were able to go to your niece's baptism. It makes it more special when out of state family is able to be there.
I'm so glad you're in NC with me. Love the pictures!
