Olvera Street

Since I was a little girl our family has been going to Olvera Street before Christmas to pick out a pinata. We started doing this with the Byers side of the family and continue to do it with our family. We pick out a pinata to break open on Christmas Eve.

This year we decided to take the Amtrak train down to Olvera Street. Union Station is right across the street so it is very convenient.

We went with Grandma and Grandpa Moss, Uncle Matthew, Aunt Danielle, Ellie, and Carson.
The kids loved riding on the train together.

One of the highlights is buying confetti eggs and hitting them on Grandpa and dad's head.

We love eating the food there and have fun looking around at all the shops.

Time to go home after a fun day!
