My brother-in- law Chris has been deployed in Iraq the last six months so he is allowed a two week mid leave before he has to go back to Iraq and finish his year deployment. He is taking his leave here in California, so we all got to go to the airport to welcome him home. My sister had a banner made and all the kids held it up.
I am so happy for my sister and her family that they got to be reunited after so long.
My boys love their Uncle Chris especially Blake who thinks being a solider is so cool. We are excited to be able to spend time with Jeanette, Chris, Kayla and Austin these next couple of weeks and glad Chris made it home safely.

It's great that he gets to spend a few weeks with his family. Glad he's back and safe. Hope the next 6 months go quickly.
