Today we went back to the doctors so they could look at Blake's arm and put a new cast on.
His old cast was
filthy dirty! He had fun letting all his friends and family write on it. He even enjoyed writing on his own cast.
The doctor was really good with Blake and
explained that the saw wouldn't hurt and touched the saw to show Blake it couldn't hurt him.
Blake got new
x-rays done and they said he needed his new cast for another three weeks. It's a shorter cast and
doesn't cover his elbow so the doctor told him he needed to be careful because it could break again. I started to laugh and told the doctor I caught Blake sliding down the stairs this morning in a box. So we will see how
careful he can be.

Sliding down the stairs in a box...sounds vaguely like something that happens at my house...
