This morning Blake woke up at 6:30 in the morning came running into our room. "Today I am getting baptized!" He was so excited for today. We had a lot to get ready before his baptism this afternoon. Shortly latter Rich goes outside to hose off the house. He comes back in and says, "go look out front." I said, "Oh great we were toilet papered." Rich responds, "not exactly". We look out front to find our lawn covered with pink flamingos! So funny, they kids loved it! Even though we knew who decorated our lawn it was still an unexpected surprise.
The flamingos came with a note for us to watch over there flock and that they would be back to pick them up. They were picked up while we were gone at Blake's baptism. Since they were gone we didn't have to explain our lawn decorations to family members who already think we live in the ghetto.
