Today Blake got 100% on his spelling test. In his class it is a big deal to be able to get 100%. There are 25 spelling words, 10 of those being challenge words and 4 spelling sentence that have at least 3 spelling words in them. Blake and one girl are the only ones this year that have been able to get them all right. Spelling is a big challenge for Blake, during the week there are many tears and fights over practicing for the spelling test. We told Blake that if he was able to be the first one in his class to get 100% he could ask Santa for an ipod touch for Christmas. So when Blake come out of school with his Spelling crown (given by the teacher to anyone who gets 100%) I was shocked and very proud of Blake.
