Fridays

Every Friday the boys and I have our routine. I enjoy our Friday routine we have a good time together, and although we do a lot it is relaxing and done at a leisurely pace. Our morning starts with dropping Blake off at his letter class. He only takes it on Fridays and its only 45 minutes long, but it has helped him tremendously with his letters.

Since his class is on the other side of town and I don't have time to go home Logan and I go to the donut store. My boys love the donut holes, unfortunately they are very popular and are often sold out. Today I bought both donut holes and Halloween donuts thinking they would like them, but I was wrong and they just ate the donut holes. We also get some chocolate milk with our donuts. YUMMY!After we pick Blake up from class and give him his donuts and chocolate milk we go to the library. Even at the library we do the same thing every week. We walk straight towards the Star Wars picture dictionaries. This is also another popular item, which is not always on the shelf. Like today the librarian had to go in the back and get them for Blake. I only allow him one Star Wars book each week since he makes me read the whole dictionary to him.
Then the boys play on the computers, while I get some more books.
After the library we go to the park. We sometimes go shopping or do other things after the park, but they are not part of our set Friday routine. It may seem like a lot to do, but we are home by 11:00am.

Funny how kids can be so particular about food. We have become big library fans too. The kids check out 10 books a week and they ask to read them everyday. I love it. Sounds like you guys have a lot of fun!
