On Valentines I try and make it fun for the whole family. It's a day where we show our love for each other. We had a fun red breakfast, and everyone got a heart filled with some candy, a toy and of course a red shirt. Rich gave me some pretty
tulips (I'm not a rose person). We went on a family bike ride, which is our favorite thing to do together. For dinner I made a red dinner with heart shaped pizza, tradition from my mom growing up.

Logan ate most of the toppings while he put a few on the pizza.

The boys each made a pizza with their favorite toppings.

They did a great job, and also helped me cut the strawberries, put pink whipped cream on jello, die the dip for the chips and set the table.
It was a fun day filled with good food and spending time together.

What a fun tradition! I remember your mom telling us how she did stuff like that. How St. Patricks day had green foods. I think of you and your family around the holidays because it always reminds me of when she told me that. I would love to start this tradition too. You sure have a lot of fun traditions!
So cute Julie...looks like a great time :0
What a good mom you are. I just ordered our heart pizza. Looks like the boys had a lot of fun.
