The Zoo

After having sick kids for two weeks I needed to get out of the house. I took the kids to Irvine Regional Park which has a little zoo. I love this zoo because it is small, but you get the zoo feeling.

They have a little petting zoo with goat the kids can touch.

Blake also enjoyed brushing the goats.

Sadie stayed clear of all the animals she did not like them, but didn't cry.

The boys loved feeding the animals, Blake used his money to pay for the animal food.

Again Sadie was a little afraid of the animals and would not get to close to them.

This zoo doesn't have big animals except one mountain lion and these two bears. They were up and moving around so it was fun to watch the bears.

After the zoo we went to one of the many playgrounds at the park. It is really sad to me Blake hardly ever plays any more when we go to play grounds. It makes me so sad that he is growning up.

There was a tree that the kids could sit on so I tried to get some pictures.

Blake was my climber and he told me to take lots of pictures of him. So here are some of the pictures of Blake in the tree.

Logan loves looking at the water, but he loves throwing rocks, dirt, sticks, or anything into the water a lot more.

My best picture of all three of my kids. It was a fun little afternoon, we went to Grandma Rauch's pool to cool off after our day out in the park.
