Natural History Museum

I have been wanting to take my kids to the Natural History Museum because this past Summer they opened a Dinosaur exhibit. Today was free admission, so we were there. Here is Blake in the front of the museum.

The kids had fun in the cutout figures.

The background is not very good but behind the kids are a T-rex and triceratops.

Sadie and Blake by the dino lab. They didn't have any workers when we were there, but we got to see all the bones they were uncovering.

There was a fun interactive area that my kids loved. They had fun looking outside with the binoculars and telescope. Behind the kids is USC stadium.

Logan had fun deciding if the animal was a plant eater or meat eater.

They had a T- Rex where the kids had to figure out where to place the missing bones. Lets just say we were not very good paleontologist.

Sadie's favorite part was looking through the microscope at small insects.

Logan liked playing with the puzzle.

In the bird area they have a scale that tells you how much your bones weigh. Logan has 8 pound in bones.

Blake is 11 pound in bones.

Sadly the last place we went to was the dinosaur hall and my kids were hungry, so they were ready to go.

I was surprised how many dinosaurs they had, it was pretty amazing.

We had a great day a the dinosaur museum, I am glad we finally got to go and look forward to coming back.
